De klant exploiteert een moderne wellnesskliniek die lokale bewoners en internationale bezoekers in Thailand bedient. De kliniek richt zich op wellnesservaringen, ontspanningsdiensten, levensstijl herstelprogramma’s en wellnesspakketten op basis van lidmaatschap.
Naarmate de vraag van klanten bleef groeien, plande de kliniek de introductie van een commerciële hyperbare kamer als nieuwe wellnessdienst. Project Challenges
Although the treatment room provided sufficient installation space, transporting a conventional one-piece chamber into the building presented significant logistical challenges.
The clinic was located on the second floor of a commercial property without a freight elevator. The existing passenger elevator could not accommodate large equipment, while the staircase included several narrow passages and tight turning points.
In addition, the customer wanted to preserve the building’s interior finishes. Doors, walls, windows, and decorative elements could not be removed or modified during installation.
Several equipment suppliers proposed standard integrated chambers, but these designs could not be transported safely into the building.
The customer therefore required a customized solution that could simplify transportation while maintaining professional equipment performance after installation.

As a commercial wellness facility, the clinic needed equipment that could support efficient daily scheduling.

OXYHB Modular Engineering Solution
Following a detailed assessment of the installation site, our engineering team designed a customized modular chamber solution specifically for the building.
Rather than manufacturing a traditional one-piece chamber, the complete system was divided into four precision-engineered modules.
Each module was designed according to the site’s access dimensions, allowing technicians to transport every section manually through the staircase before completing final assembly inside the treatment room.
This modular engineering approach eliminated transportation limitations while preserving the chamber’s structural strength, sealing performance, and operational reliability.
The modular design also provides additional flexibility should the customer relocate or expand in the future.
Overseas Installation Services
OXYHB dispatched two experienced installation engineers to Thailand to complete the entire project.
The installation process included several stages to ensure every component met factory standards before customer acceptance.
Equipment Inspection
After delivery, engineers inspected every shipment, including:

Transport binnen het gebouw
Omdat de kamer in modulaire secties was vervaardigd, kon elk onderdeel veilig door het gebouw worden getransporteerd via de bestaande trap.
Er waren geen hijsapparatuur, kranen of structurele aanpassingen nodig.
Het gebouw bleef gedurende het hele installatieproces volledig beschermd.
Montage van de kamer
Na het transport monteerden ingenieurs de kamer ter plaatse, waarbij het volgende werd voltooid:
